About

Small tools for real, specific problems.

I'm an indie developer currently building two tools: a family photo archiver and a WeChat mini-program for comparing rental listings. yoozi.store is where I build in public.

01

One problem, one tool

Each product targets a single, specific pain point. Scope creep is the enemy of something people actually use.

02

Real problems over clever ideas

Both current products came from personal frustration — not market research. If it bothers me enough to build it, it probably bothers others too.

03

Sustainable solo pace

No investors, no deadlines imposed by others. Roadmaps are paced for quality, honest support, and long-term reliability.

Background

Two products in development: Rental Assistant is a WeChat mini-program that helps tenants log, compare, and evaluate rental listings after viewings; photoArchiver helps families organize scattered photos, remove duplicates, and create a permanent archive.

Both came from personal frustration, not market gap analysis.

A small number of collaboration slots open each quarter for teams needing a focused tool delivered fast.
